Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with 8–10 years of experience in the PEB construction, steel structures, or industrial building sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, managing project enquiries, supervising telecalling teams, and converting leads into confirmed industrial and warehouse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate inbound and outbound leads for PEB structures and prefabricated warehouse projects
  • Manage and convert project enquiries into confirmed industrial construction projects
  • Supervise telecalling and lead generation team to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Coordinate client meetings with Managing Director for major project discussions
  • Handle project requirement discussions, quotations, and proposal follow-ups
  • Maintain sales pipeline and lead management system
  • Recruit and train telecalling and sales support staff
  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities for steel structure construction and warehouse projects

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in PEB structures, steel buildings, or construction industry
  • Strong experience in lead generation and project sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage sales teams and telecalling teams
  • Good understanding of industrial building projects and project discussions
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Structural Engineer with 2–3 years of industry experience, particularly in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel structure project design. The candidate should be capable of structural analysis, load calculation, and preparation of engineering drawings and BOQ.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform structural design and analysis for PEB frames and steel components.
